移民签证
菲律宾有两种类型的移民签证：定额移民签证和非配额移民签证。
配额移民签证发给与菲律宾有外交关系的国家的公民，并根据对等原则给予菲律宾公民相同的移民特权。菲律宾移民局（BI）每年签发不超过五十（50）个配额签证。
另一方面，非定额移民签证是发给与菲律宾公民结婚的外国人和寻求重新获得菲律宾国籍的前菲律宾公民。最常见的非配额签证类型是13（a）婚姻签证，该签证是授予与菲律宾公民合法结婚的外国人，这种婚姻根据现行的菲律宾法律被确认为有效。另一种非配额签证是13（g）签证，签发给已在外国归化的菲律宾自然出生的公民。
特别签证

47a2签证是发给在菲律宾经济区管理局（PEZA），投资委员会（BOI）或石油钻探公司注册的公司所雇用的签证。 ROHQ / RHQ签证授予分配给在菲律宾区域运营分支机构执行职务的外国高管。该签证的有效期最长为三年。 SEVOBU签证则发给外国银行派遣到菲律宾的离岸银行部门工作的外国雇员。
